“Equip 210 is a brand-new school in Spokane, founded by husband-and-wife team Doug and Teresa Laher, whose vision is to equip children for the future with hearts devoted to our Lord and Savior.
We’ve tried several different schools over the years. At one Christian school, our kids learned a lot academically, but the fast-paced, high-pressure environment drained the joy from their learning.
We then enrolled at another Christian school, which offered a self-paced program that suited our kids much better, but we struggled to build community and eventually lost our spot due to a mid-year re-enrollment requirement and a possible move.
Then we found Equip 210 — and it has been exactly what our family needed. What stands out most is the genuine heart for the Lord that Mrs. Mellott, Mrs. Simbe, Mrs. Dickson, Mrs. Johnston, and Mr. and Mrs. Laher have for their students.
