Teresa Laher
Teresa comes to Equip 210 Spokane with a deep well of experience and a heart fully devoted to God’s calling in education. After more than three decades of devotion as a teacher and administrator, she was called to leave the public school system in 2022 to be part of something new; An education model centered on equipping and discipling children in Jesus Christ. Teresa is passionate about creating environments where students can discover their God-given identity and thrive as creative thinkers, problem solvers, and world changers for God’s Kingdom.
She believes every child carries the very seed of God within them and, when nurtured in truth, love, and accountability, they can become all He designed them to be. Teresa continues to pour into building strong systems, relationships, and partnerships with parents, believing they are the primary influence in their child’s growth and learning.
