**Did you know God designed some plants to eat meat?** 🪴
This week our students met a real Venus flytrap up close! Venus flytraps grow in boggy, nutrient-poor soil where most plants would struggle. So God gave them a brilliant solution: they catch insects to get the nutrients the soil can’t give them. Isn’t that something????
Each trap has tiny trigger hairs inside. When a bug brushes two of them, the trap snaps shut in a fraction of a second. That’s not an accident. That’s design. 🙌 God’s design!
Our students dug into carnivorous plants in their botany reading, then got to see God’s creativity sitting right on the table in front of them. Yes- even in a plant we see our God as a creative genius!
*"O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches."* (Psalm 104:24)

Both photos work well together: lead with the flytrap close-up for the scroll-stopper, then the student reading as the second slide.
