Today in gardening class, our students put live seeds under the microscope.
Inside something so small is everything that plant will ever need: roots, stem, leaves, and food to get started. God wrote the instructions right into it. It’s quite amazing isn’t it?
Our God is a God of detail. Our God who designed a seed to hold life inside it knew every one of these kids before they were born. That’s our God!
Genesis 1:11 says God made plants "bearing seed according to its kind." Ironically, we call our younger students the ZERA group. That is the Hebrew word for bearing seed according to its kind. The first mention of ZERA in the bible.
